Powerbond Cleveland stroker Race balancers are carefully designed to minimize weight and offers a far stronger harmonic balancer then OEM or competitor balancers.

Powerbond Race Cleveland harmonic balancers have a Steel circlip which encapsulates the ring to meet SFI 18.1 race certifications and safety standards. All 393 408 Cleveland balancers are dynamically balanced, painted in a two stage painting process and have laser etched timing marks.
