DRP V8 Hydraulic Flat Tappet Dual Valve Springs Kit, with 11/32" valves.
Suits most aftermarket heads for Small Block Chevy & Ford Windsors & Holden 304 308 Heads* Holden OEM heads will need spring seat maching work.
Hydraulic Flat Tappet Dual Springs kit
These special Dual Valve springs kits are used when upgrading or retro fitting the Small Block Chevy, Ford Windsor or Holden V8 cylinder heads to a modern dual valve spring.
The kit includes - all items made in USA.
- Comp Cams Dual Springs,
- Comp Cams Retainers Retainers suit 11/32" traditional valve stem
- Comp Cams Locators 0.570" OD (common guide size for the Aftermarket heads)
- DRP Valve stem seals - Viton - suit 11/32" traditional vavle stem and 0.530 top of guide - metal body.
- Comp Cams Locks - 10 degree Machined (not cast) suit 11/32" valve stem - single groove.
Spring specs are as follows:
•MAX LIFT: 0.590" @ 1.800" installed height & 0.060" clearance to coil bind.
400 lbs @ Rate per inch
115 lbs @ 1.800" Closed / Seat Pressure
•Coil bind @ 1.070"
